RETURN POLICY AND CHANGE
Melissinos-sandals.gr checks every product for its excellent condition before shipping. However, if you are not contented with the product you have received please read further for instructions.
Cancellation of order prior to delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
The customer has the right to cancel the transaction of purchase before taking the purchased products. In this case, the customer sends a statement to the cancellation by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Melissinos-sandals.gr will accept cancellation and refund of the purchase price by crediting the customer's credit card or bank account only if the (purchased) products are not delivered to the Hellenic Post for delivery to the Customer. If the order has already been sent, the cancellation will be considered return of products by the following terms.
Change the product after delivery
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to request a change of the purchased product. In this case, the customer can send an e-mail to email@example.com, seeking to change the product with another product of his own choice.
Changes will not be accepted for products sold with a discount or on offer at the time of purchase.
If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically by an e-mail, to open a new procedure for payment (to pay the difference). In case of change, the shipping costs from and to the customer are paid by the customer.
Deadline for changing or returning goods
Any request for change or refund of the product must be sent within 14 days after receiving the product. Requests for change or return of products after a period of 14 days will only be accepted for defective products in accordance with Greek law, under the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

Return of Products after delivery (right of withdrawal after delivery)
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to return the product bought and claim a refund as provided by the Greek legislation on consumer protection (the right to withdraw from the sale been made). In this case, the Customer sends an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org, seeking return of the product and refund. Shipment cost of returned goods are paid by the customer.

Status of returned products
The right to change or return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) applies on the entire product purchased and cannot be exercised only in part of the product.
Status of returned products
Products must be returned (for refund or change) in their original condition, complete, unused, and undamaged and in their original packaging. They must be not be worn, altered or used in any way, otherwise the refund or change of a product will not be accepted and it will be returned to the customer with the shipping cost charged to the customer.
Shipping products to MELISSINOS-SANDALS.GR
Shipping costs of returned products for change are paid by the customer. In case of replacing a proven defective product or mistake in the order dispatched by melissinos-sandals.gr, the shipping will be free of charge.
The customer must include the original receipt of purchase for any product which is returned.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions, melissinos-sandals.gr is entitled to refuse the return or refund of the product:
(a) if the claim is invalid and/or the products are returned after the 14 day period of right to return.
(b) in the case the products returned are not in their original condition, have been worn or been used.
(c) in case of personalized (custom) made products. In this case melissinos-sandals.gr will have to examine the case and decide whether to proceed with the change.
Once melissinos-sandals.gr receives the returned product and confirms that it is defective (company's fault) or there was a mistake in the order sent, will proceed with the refund or product change. Melissinos-sandals.gr will credit the Customer's credit card or bank account with the total amount of the ordered product(s) including shipment paid to melissinos-sandals.gr. The process requires 7 working days. Upon completion the Customer will be notified.
In case the "Terms and Conditions of the validity of return or change of products" above are not met, melissinos-sandals.gr will not proceed in a refund and the product will be returned to the customer with shipping cost charged to the customer.
